Most jobs get scheduled within 48 hours of your call. For urgent cleanups, fire-season weed abatement, or time-sensitive hauls, we can often come out the same day depending on crew availability. Call us and we will tell you straight.
No. Walk-throughs are free anywhere in our service area. For straightforward jobs we can usually quote you over the phone in a few minutes.
Our minimum is $89 per hour for general home services. Most small jobs land between $89 and $249 depending on access and what is involved. You hear the final number before we start. It does not change afterward.
Licensed transfer stations and disposal facilities across Placer and Sacramento Counties. Metal goes to scrap, green waste to compost, usable items to donation when possible. We handle the sorting so you do not have to.
Yes. JSR Services LLC carries general liability coverage. We are happy to send a certificate of insurance before any larger demolition, hauling, or property-access job. Just ask.
Probably. If it involves hauling, cleanup, demolition, or general property work, call us and describe it. If it is not something we handle, we know the trusted local names to point you toward.
